I recently had a bride call me to place an order for enlargements. She said, "Every time we look through the images, we cry just like we did that day during our vows, thank you".
I was really speechless. But then I thought about it and realized that I had done the job she wanted me to do.

The flowers get dried and their color fades, the cake gets frozen for your first anniversary and the beautiful wedding dress gets carefully packed away. But when the photography holds all of the memories, that's when my job is complete. If you read the bridal magazines, they will tell you how to save money while planning your special day. One of the things they always recommend is to save money on the photography. They never seem to suggest that a bride should save on the dress. That's because dress designers buy ads in their magazines. But when you stop and think about it, that beautiful dress will only be worn for one day. The images of that day will last forever. All too often in the photography business, you get what you pay for. All too often in the photography business, someone has a camera and wants to take pictures. Unfortunately, all too often, it's the bride who suffers from the recommendation of a "dress magazine".
